Additional breakfasts cost TWD 250 per serving and can be ordered at check-in. Breakfast is not included for children aged 0–5 staying free in existing bedding; it can be purchased separately.

Insects may occasionally visit; they are part of life in the countryside. We recommend bringing mosquito and insect repellent for a more comfortable stay.

A05獨立庭院設有指定吸菸區；其餘貴賓請至停車場指定吸菸區。客房、陽台及其他非指定區域不可吸菸。A05 has a designated smoking area in its private courtyard. Other guests should use the designated parking-area smoking zone. No smoking in rooms, on balconies or elsewhere outside designated zones.
休憩時光｜把音量放輕A peaceful stay
訪客可免費進入客房及使用公共空間，須於22:00前離開。21:00後請降低音量，公共空間聚會使用至22:00。22:00後仍可安靜至咖啡廳取水、取冰箱物品或使用微波爐。Visitors may enter guest rooms and use common areas free, but must leave before 22:00. Keep noise down after 21:00; common-area gatherings end at 22:00. Quiet access to café drinking water, refrigerator and microwave remains available afterward.

提供火車站、民宿與伯朗大道之間的計程車接送，也有包車旅遊服務。想輕鬆騎遊稻田，可至伯朗大道正門口洽詢電動腳踏車，沿途慢慢欣賞金城武樹、蔡依林樹一帶的景色。Taxi transfers are available between the railway station, accommodation and Brown Boulevard, along with chartered sightseeing trips. For a leisurely ride through the rice fields, ask about electric bicycles at the main entrance to Brown Boulevard and explore the area around the Takeshi Kaneshiro and Jolin Tsai trees.

好和院景目前參與國旅補助方案「115年國旅平日住宿獎助＋生日券」。平日住宿獎助期間為2026/9/1–11/30，第一晚最高折抵NT$800、連續第二晚最高NT$1,200。生日券限中獎本人於2026/9/10–12/31使用，最高折抵NT$1,200。兩者均限週日至週四，排除國定假日及其連續假期。請使用官方系統完成登錄；經費及個人資格依官方核對。預訂前請向民宿確認接受的訂房管道與實際折抵方式。HOWHAS participates in the 2026 Weekday Accommodation Subsidy and Birthday Voucher programme. Weekday subsidy dates are 1 September–30 November 2026: up to TWD 800 for the first night and TWD 1,200 for the consecutive second night. Lottery winners may use a birthday voucher worth up to TWD 1,200 from 10 September–31 December 2026. Both apply Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays and extended holiday periods. Register through the official system; funding and personal eligibility require official verification. Before booking, confirm accepted booking channels and the actual deduction with HOWHAS.

取消訂房如何退還訂金？Deposit refunds for cancellation
一般訂房依取消通知距入住日的天數退還訂金：14日前（含）100%、10–13日70%、7–9日50%、4–6日40%、2–3日30%、前一日20%、當日0%。上述比例適用於訂金。春節全額預付及特殊情況的退款事宜，請洽民宿確認。For regular bookings, deposit refunds depend on notice before check-in: 14 or more days, 100%; 10–13 days, 70%; 7–9 days, 50%; 4–6 days, 40%; 2–3 days, 30%; 1 day, 20%; same day, 0%. These percentages apply to the deposit. Please contact HOWHAS about fully prepaid Lunar New Year stays or exceptional circumstances.
可以改期嗎？Can I change my dates?
一般訂房最晚入住前一天提出改期，不限次數，須由民宿確認新日期房況。依新日期房價補退差額。訂金自第一次提出改期當日起保留一年，須於期限內完成入住，再次改期不延長期限。春節不可改期；春節退款事宜請洽民宿。For regular bookings, request a date change no later than the day before check-in. Changes are unlimited, subject to staff confirming availability. Price differences are charged or refunded at the new rate. The deposit is valid for one year from the first change request, and the stay must be completed within that period; further changes do not extend it. Lunar New Year stays cannot be rescheduled; please contact staff about refunds.
可以帶寵物嗎？Can I bring pets?
僅A05風泊可攜帶寵物，以小型寵物為主、無固定體重上限，每房最多2隻。清潔費每隻每晚NT$500。不可上床或沙發，可以單獨留在房內。Pets are welcome only in A05 Fengbo, mainly small pets with no fixed weight limit, up to two per room. Cleaning fee: TWD 500 per pet per night. Pets must stay off beds and sofas but may be left alone in the room.
兒童如何計費？How are children charged?
0–5歲不佔床免費，每房限1名，不含早餐及大毛巾。6歲以上加人每人每晚NT$500，含早餐及大毛巾。免費幼兒也占用每房最多加1人的名額；雙人房2大人加1幼兒後不可再加人。不提供加床或額外棉被。One child aged 0–5 may share existing bedding free per room, without breakfast or a bath towel. 16:00前抵達可先寄放行李。退房後也可寄放，原則上請於當日17:00前取回。Luggage storage is available before 16:00 check-in and after check-out. After check-out, please normally collect it by 17:00 the same day.
房內提供哪些備品？What amenities are provided?
房內提供大毛巾、沐浴乳及洗髮乳，其餘備品請自行準備。現場可加購牙刷，每支NT$10；其他販售品項請向現場確認。不提供額外棉被。Rooms provide bath towels, shower gel and shampoo; please bring other toiletries. Toothbrushes are available for TWD 10 each; ask staff about other items. No extra duvets are provided.

民宿不提供洗衣機、烘衣機或晾衣空間。No washing machine, dryer or clothes-drying area is provided.
可以烤肉或開伙嗎？May I barbecue or cook?
民宿不提供烤肉，不可自行開伙或使用自備爐具。加熱食物可使用咖啡廳微波爐。No barbecue service or self-cooking with personal stoves is allowed. You may reheat food in the café microwave.
需要協助時怎麼聯絡？How can I get assistance?

遺留物品如何處理？What if I leave something behind?
發現遺留物品通常會先通知貴賓，保留一個月。可協助寄回，運費由貴賓負擔；請提供入住日期、房號及物品描述供查找，尚未查獲前不保證已找到。We normally notify guests of found belongings and keep them for one month. Return shipping is at the guest’s expense. Provide your stay date, room number and item description; finding an item is not guaranteed.
可以開收據嗎？Can I get a receipt?
住宿提供收據。如需公司抬頭及統一編號，請於入住時告知。Accommodation receipts are available. Please provide any required company name and tax ID at check-in.
